Partners Heather C. Kirson and Patricia T. Fuller created The Elder Law Center of Kirson and Fuller in 2011 as a boutique law firm specializing in elder law. Heather Kirson continues to lead the firm with her knowledge and experience as a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar Association, and former co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. Heather is also a former member of the Best Buddies Advisory Board for Central Florida.

The attorneys for The Elder Law Center frequently speak throughout the greater Orlando area on issues associated with Long-Term Care Planning, including Medicaid Benefits, Advance Directives, Estate Planning and Special Needs Trusts. As a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, Heather C. Kirson is an advocate for elders and individuals with special needs.
