Linda Hayes is a Florida Registered and Certified Paralegal specializing in probate and guardianship. She received her paralegal degree in 1998 and has worked in the legal field since 2002. Linda started out as a Trial Clerk for the Orange County Clerk of Court in the criminal division. She has worked in the probate and guardianship field for over 15 years. She transitioned her role to office manager in 2015. She is compassionate and understanding in dealing with difficult situations. In her off time, Linda enjoys reading, going to the movies and spending time with her daughter.
Lucy's role as legal assistant began in November, 2009. She is a Baltimore, Maryland native and has been a Florida resident since 2008. Lucy achieved her bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and took on the position as Marketing Director for the firm. Lucy is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. In her free time, Lucy enjoys going to the beach, movies and spending time with her friends and family.

Fanny began her career in the healthcare industry which later spurred her passion for assisting the disabled. She has been working with governmental benefits since 2010. Fanny graduated from Temple University with a degree in Psychology. As a mother of two girls, Fanny enjoys traveling, martial arts, and cooking with her children.

Chris began her career as a Research Assistant at UCF and later became a stay-at-home mom. During that time she also helped care for a family member who was suffering with dementia. Chris graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Psychology. She reentered the workforce in 2010 and brings her research experience and compassion for others to The Elder Law Center. Chris enjoys going to the beach, reading and spending time with her family.
Holly Howard is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (NALA) and Florida Registered Paralegal concentrating her work in probate and trust administration. She has an A.S. in Accounting Technology from Daytona State College and a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, and has worked in the legal field since 1998. The majority of Holly’s spare time is spent reading and catering to the whims of her beloved Cairn Terrier, Zeke.
Caitlin's experience in Elder Law began in 2004 at a law firm in Lakeland, Florida. After relocating to the Orlando area, she brought her compassion for helping others to The Elder Law Center. Caitlin is an avid Florida State Seminole fan and enjoys spending time with her family.
Public Benefits Coordinator
Maricarmen achieved her dual bachelor's degree in both Health Service Administration and Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is a former DCF employee having worked with the elderly in both government and nursing home facility settings since 2001. In her free time, Maricarmen volunteers for the East Orlando Predators AAU division. She also enjoys going to the beach, football games, movies and spending time with the family.
Lizzy is originally from Tampa, Florida, and relocated to Orlando in 2008 to attend college. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Lizzy worked for Cap Tel for two years assisting the deaf and hard-of-hearing with telephone calls, which helped her develop patience and compassion for those that are in need of help. In her spare time, Lizzy enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
