Attorney Heather Kirson joined a select group of professionals on Congresswoman, Stephanie Murphy’s Mental Health Advisory Board to strategize improving the mental health care and mental health resources in the State of Florida. As a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, Ms. Kirson has been involved in many guardianship matters involving individuals with mental health issues. Ms. Kirson often represents family members in the guardianship matters to help ensure that the individual suffering from mental health issues is receiving the proper care necessary to get them back on the road to more independence.

U.S. Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy serves on the powerful House Committee on Armed Services and the House Committee on Small Business, where she is actively working to create a stronger, safer, and more prosperous region for Central Floridians. She spearheads the Advisory Board with the goal of making a difference in the lives of those Central Florida Residents who suffer from mental illness.
