The Orange County Bar Association – The Elder Law Committee presents:

How ABLE and Special Needs Trust Can Work Together

This session seeks to show how ABLE accounts and Special Needs Trust can and do work together. The first part of the presentation will be an overview of ABLE United, including the history of ABLE, eligibility, qualified expenses, and a look at the different investment choices. The second part explains the different kinds of Special Needs Trusts, government benefits limits, and how ABLE and SNTs work together to provide financial support to those eligible to participate.
