February Client Spotlight

February 1, 2021 in News

We are proud to say we have simply amazing people in our family of Clients. Each month we take time out to shine a spotlight on our clients’ accomplishments, passions, and experience. Please meet Sharon and Gary Loftis. They said it wouldn’t last but the Texan (Gary) and the West Virginian (Sharon) have been married for fifty-one years. Gary went to SMU and Sharon went to Butler. They met in the Air Force while stationed in Illinois and traveled from base to base for twenty-one years.

They have two daughters, one who lives in Massachusetts with her husband and three children and one who lives in Lake Mary with her two sons. Sharon and Gary enjoy being grandparents and say it’s a lot of fun.

Sharon taught school for twenty years. After Gary retired from the Air Force, he did technical writing for several years. He was in Leadership Seminole for a year and was often published in the Orlando Sentinel. They’ve lived in Lake Mary for thirty-seven years. Gary was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease twenty years ago and is now in a nursing home. Sharon is keeping the home fires burning with her daughter and grandsons.

“The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller has been a wonderful law firm to work with. We are so glad we chose them.” – Sharon and Gary Loftis

On behalf of Sharon and Gary Loftis, The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller will be donating $100.00 to the National Parkinson’s Foundation.
