February Spotlight Client

February 5, 2018 in News

Please join us in congratulating Dorothy Hess, our Spotlight Client for the month of February.

At age 92, this past September Dorothy Hess moved from her home of 58 years in Pennsylvania to live with her son in the warm weather of Central Florida. It was the biggest transition of her life and part of getting adjusted to a new life in the Sunshine State was updating her estate planning documents.

She quickly turned to The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller to update her estate planning documents upon her arrival. Her son, Ron Hess, had attended a seminar presented by The Elder Law Center during the summer, alerted to it by friends who had used our services in the past. All of Dorothy’s elder law questions were answered and her estate planning updates were completed in a few short weeks. Dorothy was assisted by Senior Associate Attorney, Tracy Zanco.

Now firmly established as a Floridian, Dorothy is enjoying the warmer weather and plans to swim a lot this summer in the family pool. She enjoys reading biographies, and is an avid baseball and football fan. She has a good appetite for her age and has been amazed at the array of good restaurants in the Central Florida area.

We are pleased to have effectively served this delightful, outgoing lady and we will make a $100 donation to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her honor.
