Congratulations to our own Christian Horde, Esq. who was recently published in the 2018 Winter Elder Law Advocate. Christian wrote a timely piece entitled “Florida Hurricane Season: Maintaining Air Conditioning in Nursing Homes and Assisted-Living Facilities During Loss of Power” in response to the 14 heat related deaths caused by power outages from Hurricane Irma.
