OCBA FREE CITIZEN DISPUTE MEDIATION SERVICE – 407-423-5732
Residents of Orange County
Types of cases: landlord/tenant; neighborhood disputes; property damage; harassment; animal nuisance; disorderly conduct; recovery of money/property; and consumer complaints.
During mediation, the disputing parties meet with a certified mediator at the Orange County Bar offices, present their side of the issue, and try to resolve the legal matter without having to incur court costs.

The filing deadline to submit applications for physical property damage is Nov. 9, 2017. The deadline to submit economic injury applications is June 11, 2018.
