October Client Spotlight

October 4, 2021 in News

We are proud to say we have simply amazing people in our family of Clients. Each month we take time out to shine a spotlight on our clients’ accomplishments, passions, and experiences. Please meet Edwin and Carrie Norris.

Born in Bolingbroke, Georgia, Edwin moved with his family to south Florida as a child, but spent most of his youth in Leesburg, Lake County.
Edwin began working as a teenager for a lumber yard in Leesburg, becoming a very successful lumber salesman for more than 60 years. An avid hunter and fisherman, Edwin thoroughly enjoys spending time with friends at his hunting camp in the Everglades and his fishing camp on Florida’s east coast. For any years he was also a dedicated Mason and Shriner.

Carrie, a Florida native, was born and raised in Groveland.

A loving wife and mother to Linda, Susan, and Eddie; Carrie was an accomplished seamstress and is an amazing cook. She loves to use fresh, local ingredients – something she learned, growing up on a Central Florida farm. Carrie travelled the world, accompanying her grandsons, daughter, and son-in-law; who is the co-founder of rock band, Toto.
Carrie and Edwin are grandparent’s to Carrie, Christopher, Miles, and Nico; with great grandchildren Dillon and Emma.

On Christmas Day of 2020, Edwin and Carrie celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary!

It has been our pleasure at the Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller to assist Edwin and Carrie Norris with their elder law needs. As an expression of our appreciation, the firm will donate $100.00 to the World Federation of Youth Clubs (WFYC).
