September Client Spotlight
We are proud to say we have simply amazing people in our family of Clients. Each month we take time out to shine a spotlight on our clients’ accomplishments, passions, and experience. Please meet Owen and Karen McCarron.
Owen and Karen McCarron are both natives of Newark, New Jersey. Owen, born February 9, 1936; graduated from Nutley High School in 1954, where he was All-State in baseball. Karen, born May 31, 1939; graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1957. By 1959 Owen had not only graduated from Florida State University (FSU) with his bachelors, but also played in the College World Series of 1957. Upon graduation from FSU, Owen decided to continue pursuing his education by attaining his Masters of Art in Teaching at Rollins College, completing his studies in 1965.
During the same year that Mr. McCarron graduated from FSU he married his lovely wife, Karen. The McCarron’s have celebrated 62 magical years of matrimony, sharing two beautiful daughters – Sherri Miller and Jennifer McCarron. For the next 33 years Owen worked for the Seminole County School District as Teacher, Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, Personal Director and Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services.
It has been our pleasure at the Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller to assist Owen and Karen McCarron with their elder law needs. As an expression of our appreciation, the firm will donate $100.00 to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
