The health of our clients, community and staff are of upmost importance here at The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. During this time, we have shut down our physical office to Clients, but our law firm remains fully open with our dedicated team working remotely in an abundance of caution. Our office is set up to handle all of your legal needs remotely with the ability to have virtual meetings, consultations and more ensuring that your important legal matters are properly handled during these difficult times.
In addition, we recently implemented curbside document signing so that all of your important documents, including your estate planning documents, may be properly executed in the comfort of your own vehicle in our parking lot, in front of two (2) witnesses and a notary behind glass doors. This provides our clients peace of mind, during this uncertain time.
We are using our resources to continue to proceed with our cases and assist the courts in which we practice to press forward with the administration of justice.
