
Alyse brings over 20 years of legal experience, 14 as a licensed attorney, representing clients in a wide range of elder law, guardianship, medicaid planning, estate planning, probate, and special needs planning matters. She has devoted her career to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues with practical guidance, compassion, and professionalism. She is experienced in developing comprehensive estate plans, advising fiduciaries, and assisting families in protecting vulnerable loved ones through guardianship and other protective proceedings.
In addition to her legal practice, Alyse is actively involved in the legal and local community. She serves as a board member of Seniors First, and has co-taught the Guardianship Education Course for Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. She is also a frequent speaker on guardianship and elder law topics and is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Elder Law, and Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections, and the Orange County Bar Association.
