Christian Fahrig brings over a decade of experience to his role as Senior Associate Attorney at the Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller. Christian is an alumnus of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he earned a Certificate in Estates and Trusts. A seasoned Central Florida attorney, he has focused his practice primarily on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and general civil litigation, including probate litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Earlier is his career, Christian handled various real estate matters including foreclosures, evictions, and financing, as well as homeowner and condominium association disputes. Before attending law school, Christian was a professional musician and recording engineer.
Christian is available to assist new clients and existing clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust matters, guardianship, Medicaid asset protection planning, Special Needs Trusts, and litigation. In his free time, Christian enjoys music, soccer, and exploring and enjoying Florida and beyond.
