Kate Knowles is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an associate attorney at the Firm. She earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, Kate competed in moot court earning several awards at the national level; she also earned Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Research & Writing and Client Advocacy courses. Kate interned at the Firm as a law clerk and returned after graduation. Kate graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and criminal justice from Briar Cliff University.
Kate has practiced exclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and related litigation since becoming an attorney. She has considerable experience dealing with claims of undue influence and exploitation of vulnerable adults.
